Meditation is a weekly donation event on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm, with revolving leaders/ speakers.
We meet for 1 hour, which includes 20 minutes of instruction and 40 minutes of meditation.
We practice Mindfulness meditation. It has its origins in Buddhism, but has been found to have many proven benefits to those in non-religious settings. This technique strengthens the focus of your attention. You’ll do this by developing a firsthand understanding of how your attention works. Higher quality of attention allows you to directly relate to, engage with, and anchor into the moments of your life. You can sync up with a natural sense of presence and ease. His class is equal parts practice and group discussion. All levels of practice are welcome!
