gentle flow

Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentler practice. This class incorporates simple sequences made up of slower paced movements focusing on alignment, balance, and flexibility, followed by a period of restorative poses. This class is a great way to ground into your body without breaking a sweat.... No experience or flexibility required.

vinyasa flow

This flow class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses. Individuals new to yoga, and those who have been practicing for years will enjoy deepening their understanding of these core poses and the effects they can have on the body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and sense of becoming more centered. This class can be moderately vigorous as individuals flow from one pose to the next guided by their breath and the supportive guidance of the instructor.

morning flow

This is an open level Vinyasa class that will assist you in taking hold of your day by creating a foundation of calm, balance and strength. We'll start with gentle movements to warm up the body and then we'll build heat and explore strength, eventually settling into an extended svasana to offer your mind opportunity to experience the equanimity you've cultivated in your body. This class is offered everyday to assist the community in rebuilding daily personal structure. We'll see you there friend!

Parent & me

Partner with your little one for a yoga adventure in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. We’ll moo in cow, hiss in cobra  and use our imaginations to climb into all sorts of fun shapes. Join us as we stretch, balance, twist, bend and play, all the while  encouraging seeds of  connection, courage, body awareness, self-regulation, kindness, finding our calm, sharing and bonding between parent & child.
Class is 45 minutes, children 18 months to 4 yeasrs, pre registration is required, registration fee includes one parent and one child. Additional children may attend for an additional $5, two children per adult please. All adults must show proof of vaccination, masks are optional in the studio.

restorative yoga

Give yourself the healing gift of conscious relaxation with this deeply therapeutic style of Restorative Yoga. Let stress and tension melt away as you are guided through longer-held, fully supported postures. Guided imagery, breath work, and music are used to deepen the relaxation response to balance body, mind, and spirit. Some gentle movement to warm and prepare the body to let go and receive. You will emerge rooted, radiant, and revitalized.

yin yoga

A beautiful slower practice that involves holding poses, mostly seated, for longer periods of time. Poses are generally held for up to 3-5 minutes with a focus on the connective tissues and the joints. The main physical benefits of yin yoga are the hydration of the connective tissues and the increased blood flow in the joints. We tap into our parasympathetic nervous system so we can relax and allow our body to do its natural magic restoring and nourishing our tissues and systems. This is a great counter practice for the more heat building and muscular focused core and vinyasa yoga classes.

come as you are

This all levels, all bodies vinyasa flow gives you 75 minutes to get you out of your head and back into your body. This fully balanced class is for everyone and anyone who may have felt overlooked in wellness spaces, offering a place to be yourself and find some joy. This is not a beginner’s class nor a gentle flow but first time yogis are welcome and modifications can be provided (meaning you should totally be able to follow along). We’ll stretch, flow, restore and make space. Come as you are.
